Job Title: Therapist

Position Overview: We are currently seeking certified therapists, counselors, and psychologists to work alongside Elevated Horizons Therapeutics! The ideal candidates have experience in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, pain talk therapy, depression, PTSD and anxiety. Utilization of ACT and CBT counseling frameworks are preferred.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based counseling frameworks. 

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients. 

  • Utilize ketamine-assisted psychotherapy techniques to facilitate healing and growth in clients. 

  • Specialize in chronic pain talk therapy to address the unique needs of clients experiencing chronic pain conditions. 

  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. 

Qualifications: 

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field. 

  • Current certification or licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist in Ohio. 

  • Experience in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and chronic pain talk therapy preferred. 

  • Proficiency in utilizing ACT and CBT counseling frameworks. 

  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. 

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Functional/Integrative Health Practitioner

Location: West Chester, Ohio

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Functional/Integrative Health Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will play a pivotal role in providing holistic healthcare services, focusing on addressing the root causes of health issues and working alongside additional Elevated Horizons Therapeutics modalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical history, lifestyle factors, and diagnostic tests, to create personalized treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based integrative health strategies, including nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle modifications, and mind-body therapies, to optimize patient health outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, naturopaths, and holistic therapists, to ensure coordinated care and holistic treatment approaches.

  • Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their health journey, providing guidance and support for sustainable lifestyle changes.

  • Stay current with advancements in integrative medicine, attending conferences, participating in continuing education, and integrating new research findings into clinical practice.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent certifications in Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine, Naturopathy, or related field.

  • Certification or licensure as a healthcare practitioner (e.g., NP, MD, DO, ND, NP, PA, DC, PharmD) with additional training or certification in functional/integrative medicine.

  • Proven experience in conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing integrative health strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a holistic approach to healthcare.

Job Title: Client Advocate - Registered Nurse - RN

A client advocate is a person who ensures the well being of another person by standing up for them. At Elevated Horizons Therapeutics, we make it our goal to ensure that every client knows each time they arrive, leave, and the time between - they are heard and cared for. As client advocate you join a unique role that goes beyond scheduling, office work and note taking - You step into core of EHT - caring for persons.   At this time, Elevated Horizons Therapeutics is not actively seeking a client advocate but will happily retain resumes for future openings.  Resumes should creatively demonstrate experience in interpersonal relationships - how they were created, nurtured and released.
