Frequently Asked Questions

What mental health services do you offer?

Elevated Horizon Therapeutics is a full service mental health provider that offers diagnosis and medication management services for adults. We utilize cutting edge ketamine therapy interventions to assist our clients gain relief from treatment resistant depression, OCD, PTSD, chronic pain syndromes and anxiety. This allows us to focus on the wellness of our clients through evidenced based techniques.

How fast does Ketamine work?

Unlike traditional antidepressant medication which can take up to 4-6 weeks to take effect, ketamine therapy typically takes effect within the first 2 treatments. This quick turnaround is one of the hallmarks of this novel therapy.

What does a typical ketamine treatment course look like?

Ketamine therapy is normally given over a course of 6 infusions. These infusions are spaced a day apart and normally completed over a two week period. These are performed in our office under supervision.

Do you accept insurance/How much does treatment cost?

Elevated Horizons Therapeutics happily accepts most major insurance companies for initial consultations and medication management appointments. Not all ketamine therapies are currently covered by insurance companies, and we work with each client during consultation to discuss our pricing schedules and options.

Ketamine, Chronic Pain, and Hypnosis

Chronic pain disrupts lives. It limits activities, distracts the mind, and seemingly always lingers in the background. Elevated Horizons Therapeutics is one of the first centers to combine both ketamine infusions with hypnotic scripts for the relief of chronic pain. This treatment option is not available to clients who have not sought traditional treatment for their pain syndromes prior to our evaluation. Elevated Horizons Therapeutics is not a pain management clinic. We do not prescribe opioids or at home narcotics for the treatment of chronic or acute pain. Instead, we come alongside your primary treatment team to offer additional treatment tools when standard methods have left you without relief.
