01

Consultation

During your consultation, a tailored treatment plan will be developed based on your unique physical assessment, medical history, and personal circumstances. This plan may incorporate ketamine infusions, intra-nasal Spravato, medication management, and/or counseling.

02

Treatment Planning

A Seamless Process

Customized for each individual, ketamine therapy typically involves two or three infusions per week for a total of six infusions. Your progress will be closely monitored before, during, and after each session to ensure optimal results. Unlike traditional antidepressants that can take weeks to show improvement, the majority of patients (~80%) often experience rapid relief from depressive symptoms after just a couple of infusions.

03

Ketamine Infusion Therapy

How much does ketamine cost?

Elevated Horizons Therapeutics is pleased to accept most major insurance providers starting later in 2025 for initial consultations and medication management appointments. While not all ketamine therapies may be covered by insurance, our team will work closely with each individual during the consultation to explore pricing options and schedule.
